Step 3: Sign Agent Agreement and Become a Licensed Financial Advisor!

The First Two Modules are Ethics and Professional Practice and Accident and Sickness Insurance. Once you have fully completed these two modules, the final two modules (Life Insurance and Segregated Funds & Annuities) will be released to you.

1. Click on “Schedule” on the top

2. Check for the earliest date available based on location.

3. Click on “Register” on the top.

4. Enter the CIPR # (Get it from HLLQP Profile page)

5. Enter all personal details

6. Select Course Provider as “Oliver Learning” (unless done outside WFG)

7. Select License type as “Accident and Sickness” (L1) otherwise select “Life Full” (L2)

8. Select the dates for each module of the exam

9. Click on Next step and make the payment.

1. Apply for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

2. Finish the following 2 courses from HLLQP.com:

a) Canadian Ethics Course for Life Insurance Agents

b) AML Course

3. Open https://hllqp.com/referral

4. Purchase the referral course ($20). Study the material and take the quiz.

1. Log Back into WFG Launch and complete Agent Agreement!

2. Log into myWFG.com for the first time with your same Username and Password as WFG Launch!

3. Click on Menu, Licensing & Appointments, Licensing, Ivari eContracting and Enter your information to Begin the Registration Process with Ivari!

4. Finalize your Registration on the FSRA Site that will be prompted to you, and be sure to remember the FSRA Pin and security question/answer made!

Put in your Last name and Hit search to find all the licensees!

Go through the list until your name is found.

Tip 1: Thoroughly watch both Days of Exam Prep Webinar Bootcamps

Tip 2: From your understanding you can directly try to attempt a Mock Exam

Tip 3: If the Mock Exam didn’t go too well, try using the chapter quizzes to lower the difficulty

Tip 4: Once you are caught back up and doing well in the Chapter Quizzes, go right back into the Mock Exams

Tip 5: Try to score an average of 80% or higher on three consecutive mock exams before attempting the Certification Exam

Tip 6: All Exams are Open Book so try your best to practice the Mock Exams with your textbook, to get familiarized with it!

Upon Completing your Certification Exams, go to this site to register for you provincials!

1) Go to :http://alias2a.fsco.gov.on.ca/

2) Find yourself.

3) Click on your License #

4) Click Update E&O Insurance.

5) Click Continue.

6) Enter your PIN #

7) Click Continue.

8) Then input the following information:

E&O Insurance Company: AXIS REINSURANCE COMPANY (Canadian Branch)

Policy Number: CTR775917/01/2021

Expiry Date: 2022/08/14

9) Save

1. Go back to myWFG homepage and click on the White Suitcase at the top right corner, WFG Mail and login using your newly created WFG agent email!

2. Username (First letter of first Name followed by Full Last Name and Agent Code) Ex. John Smith, 12ABDC - jsmith12ABDC@wfgmail.ca

3. Password (First Letter of the first Name in Uppercase followed by first letter of last name, last four digits of social insurance number and two Exclamation Marks) Ex. John Smith, 123 456 789 - Js6789!!

4. Monitor this Email until you Receive Confirmation from Ivari/Industrial Alliance/Equitable Life or your application!

5. Once Email from Ivari/Industrial Alliance/Equitable Life is Received, complete the online application to login to your Ivari/Industrial Alliance/Equitable Life Advisor Portal!
